The advantages of the Movement Orders Module

With the advent of Decriminalised Parking Enforcement many authorities chose to implement ParkMap in order to improve access to Traffic Order data and to gain a better understanding of restrictions to be enforced. These advantages also apply to the management of movement restrictions on ParkMap. The Movement Orders Module provides a structured approach to recording movement Traffic Order data and creates a link between this information and your Integrated Transport Network (ITN) data. 

How we can help

Buchanan Order Management can implement this module on your ParkMap system and load all of the current movement restrictions from existing Traffic Orders. The set-up will include the incorporation of your authority’s street lit area, which helps the system to determine the adjoining speed limit that would be applicable when mapping a speed limit restriction.

Our experienced survey team has undertaken numerous reviews collecting movement order signing, either as data to place directly into the ParkMap Movement Orders Module or as verification of Traffic Order data already incorporated into the system.
