BOM Helps Hampshire Prepare for Gosport CPE
Our project with Hampshire County Council will help prepare their application for Civil Parking Enforcement powers in Gosport and provide new Map Schedules for Fareham
We are pleased to be working with HCC again on another ParkMap TRO Restriction project. The 2 part-project will involve an on-street review of Gosport’s existing Static Order restrictions as well as the mapping of Fareham’s Static restrictions directly onto HCC’s ParkMap system.
BOM’s Traffic Order Surveying Team will map all relevant signing and lining across the whole of Gosport. All maintenance issues will also be recorded, to highlight any remedial works required as part of the CPE application. The other part of the project will involve BOM’s Mapping Technician team populating the Hampshire County Council ParkMap system with Fareham’s Static Order data, which will be used to produce a new set of Map Schedules for the area. The new Map Schedules will be in-keeping in style as those that will be made for the Gosport district area as well.
BOM is delighted to be working with the Hampshire team and pleased that they will be embracing the many benefits of using a ParkMap system for the management of Traffic Orders, whilst also using it to collate the on-street restrictions of multiple districts in to one database.
