Our TRO Survey Team has returned to the Halton area, this time south of the River Mersey, as we undertake a comprehensive review of all Static Restriction Signs and Lines for Runcorn. This project follows the successful surveys BOM completed in the Widnes area of Halton, which included the accurate mapping of all Static TROs for Widnes and a separate project to conduct a Speed Limit Review.

The new project will result in Halton gaining a complete record of their Static Restrictions, which will be held in their hosted ParkMap 7 system. Once all of the mapped restrictions are represented on ParkMap, BOM will generate Map Schedules for Runcorn, which will be prepared  in the same style as  those that we previously produced for Widnes. From there, Halton Borough Council will use their up-to-date system for the on-going management of their Map-based TROs, across the borough.   

BOM are pleased to have received a further commission from Halton, which is one of many projects commissioned this year from our previous clients. We look forward to completing this project and assisting another Local Authority with the introduction of Map-based Traffic Orders.
